Experiential learning
Experiential learning: people remember what they experience.
Experiential learning is learning by doing, then reflecting. At Kraft Connect, every programme moves participants through five stages — Feel, Test, Practise, Reflect and Apply — so they practise the change rather than just hear about it.
The Kraft Connect difference
Training is easy.
Transformation takes experience.
We don't believe people change because they listened to another presentation. People rarely remember another presentation — they remember what they experienced.
So every programme blends behavioural learning with experience, and moves people through five stages.
Feel
Participants experience the situation first-hand — the insight lands emotionally, not just intellectually.
Test
They try new behaviours with colleagues in a safe, structured setting.
Practise
Role play, simulation and team challenges turn ideas into repeatable skills.
Reflect
Facilitated debriefs connect what happened in the room to what happens at work.
Apply
Each person leaves with clear commitments to carry back to their desk on Monday.
How experiential learning works at Kraft Connect
Each session is designed backwards from a behaviour. If the goal is clearer delegation, participants experience a situation where delegation matters, notice what they did, reflect with a facilitator and peers, practise an alternative and commit to applying it.
The debrief is where learning happens
An activity without reflection is just an activity. Facilitated debriefs connect what happened in the room to what happens at work and turn insight into specific commitments.
Experiential learning for leadership
Leadership is exercised under pressure, with people. Simulations and role plays let managers practise delegation, feedback and decision-making before the stakes are real. See KRAFT LEAD.
Experiential learning for teams
Team challenges make trust, communication and interdependence visible — and give teams a shared experience to talk about honestly. See KRAFT CONNECT.
Experiential learning for communication and EQ
Presence, listening and emotional regulation improve with rehearsal and feedback. See KRAFT COMMUNICATE and KRAFT EQ.
Bring experiential learning to your organisation.
We'll design it around the behaviours you want to see.
