Programme overview
ReKRAFT is a mindset and workplace behaviour programme designed to re-energise teams and rebuild ownership. It is often used after a demanding period, organisational change, or when engagement has dipped and people have slipped into going through the motions.
Through high-energy experiential challenges, reflection and personal commitment, participants reconnect with purpose, take stock of how they are working and choose the behaviours they will bring back to the workplace.
Why this matters
Disengagement rarely announces itself. It shows up as low ownership, waiting for instructions, cynicism about change and a gap between what people are capable of and what they deliver. Rebuilding engagement requires both energy and reflection.
Learning objectives
Participants practise how to…
- Reconnect with personal and team purpose
- Recognise mindsets that limit ownership
- Rebuild energy and commitment
- Choose specific workplace behaviours to change
- Make visible commitments to the team

ReKRAFT — questions
No. Energy is part of the experience, but the programme is built around reflection and specific behavioural commitments, so that the effect lasts beyond the day.
It is often used after organisational change, at the start of a new business cycle, or when a team's engagement has visibly dipped.
It can be a strong starting point. Lasting change in engagement usually also depends on management practices and follow-up, which we can build into the engagement.
