Programme overview
From Conflict to Connection is a conflict resolution programme that helps teams and individuals understand where workplace conflict comes from, how it escalates, and how to address it early and constructively.
The programme uses safe, structured experiences to surface different perspectives, practise de-escalation and repair conversations, and agree on how the team will handle disagreement in future.
Why this matters
Unaddressed conflict drains energy, slows decisions and pushes good people out. Many teams either avoid conflict altogether or let it become personal. Both patterns can be changed with awareness, shared language and practice.
Learning objectives
Participants practise how to…
- Understand common sources and stages of workplace conflict
- Recognise personal conflict styles and their effects

From Conflict to Connection — questions
No. It is a learning programme that builds conflict capability in a team. Specific disputes involving formal grievances or misconduct should go through your HR processes or professional mediation.
We begin with a discovery conversation with the sponsor and, where appropriate, a few team members, so the programme addresses the real dynamics without singling anyone out.
Yes. It pairs naturally with One Team or a KRAFT OFFSITE, where shared experiences help rebuild connection after the harder conversations.
