KRAFT LEAD · Leadership & Management Development
Grow leaders people want to follow — from first-time managers to senior teams.
KRAFT LEAD is Kraft Connect's leadership and management development pillar. It helps first-time managers, emerging leaders and senior teams build the everyday behaviours of leadership — delegating, deciding, coaching and leading through change — through experiential sessions rather than lectures.
KRAFT LEAD
Why it matters
Most people are promoted into management because they were good at their previous job, not because anyone taught them to lead people. The gap shows up quietly: managers who keep doing the work themselves, avoid difficult conversations, or struggle to make decisions without escalation. KRAFT LEAD treats leadership as a set of behaviours that can be practised, not a title that confers them.
Key topics
Typical outcomes it is designed to strengthen
- Managers who delegate with clarity rather than hand off tasks
- More confident, better-structured decisions
- Coaching conversations that build capability in the team
- Leadership behaviour that holds steady through change

KRAFT LEAD questions
It covers the leadership pipeline — first-time managers moving from individual contributor roles, emerging leaders being prepared for bigger responsibilities, and senior teams working on how they lead together. Each group gets a programme pitched to its level.
Both are possible. A single focused workshop can address one capability such as delegation. Lasting behaviour change is usually better served by a sequenced leadership journey with practice and reflection between sessions.
