Programme overview
The Human Edge is Kraft Connect's signature emotional intelligence programme. It helps participants understand how emotions shape their behaviour at work, recognise what others are experiencing, and choose more effective responses — especially under pressure.
Rather than explaining emotional intelligence models, the programme lets participants experience the moments where EQ matters: a tense exchange, a misread signal, a reaction they would rather have handled differently. Facilitated reflection then turns those moments into practical insight.
Why this matters
Many workplace problems — friction between colleagues, poor handling of feedback, reactive decisions, disengagement — are emotional before they are operational. Organisations often invest in technical and process capability while the human layer that holds it together goes untrained.
Learning objectives
Participants practise how to…
- Recognise personal emotional patterns and triggers at work
- Practise regulating reactions in pressured situations
- Read and respond to colleagues' emotions more accurately
- Use empathy to strengthen working relationships
- Translate self-awareness into specific behavioural commitments
